What is Reiki? Reiki is the transfer of Universal Energy and is a form of Energy Healing that originated in Japan. There are 3 levels in Reiki, Reiki 1, 2, and 3 the Master level.
A Reiki practitioner is trained and attuned to channel and transfer Reiki Energy to a person, animal, place, situation, or to where ever the intention is set.
Reiki is a deep relaxation technique, it optimizes the body and promotes natural self-healing, creates an emotional balance, and is good for stress, anxiety, and depression. It can also help with aches, pain, and inflammation.
In this course, you will learn:
• What is Reiki Energy Healing
• The history of Reiki
• How Reiki works
• How to give a Reiki session
• Reiki for self-healing
• Reiki for distance-healing
• Chakra activation and balancing with Reiki
• Aura work with Reiki for stress relief, energetic and emotional blockages
• You will give and receive a Reiki session (In-person and or Zoom)
